At Drift Salon all team members are highly trained in their areas of expertise, and continue to enhance their skills through seminars, advanced classes, and traditional certifications. Our team stays motivated and current by taking part in various fashion shows and photo shoots in our area, allowing them to grow in their creativity and diversify their knowledge.

Our commitment to you is that you will be completely satisfied with your services at Drift Salon. Unfortunately, even with the best intentions, a new look, color or style may not be what you expected. We want you to be happy! If we have not met or exceeded your expectations, we want to know so we have the following satisfaction guarantee on our services and products.

Services Guarantee

Quality is never an accident. We stand behind our work because it’s the result of sincere effort, skillful execution, and high intention. If you’re not 100% satisfied that the results match what was agreed upon in your consultation, we will happily adjust the service at no cost. If for any reason you are unhappy with the services that were provided, or just simply needed a quick adjustment, we would like to have an opportunity to have you come back into the salon to have the services redone complimentary. We offer a 100% guarantee on all services within the first week after they were performed. You may book an adjustment appointment at any time within the first week, thereafter only with use of prescribed take home products. In some instances, the guest’s desires may be unachievable to accomplish within the first visit. Your stylist will discuss with you what can and cannot be done within your visit to safely perform your service while maintaining the integrity of your hair. In these instances, a game plan for future appointments will be made to make every effort to help you achieve the desired look.

Please keep in mind corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. Stylists will determine all guarantees. Because of the nature of home coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon.

Retail Guarantee

At Drift Salon we completely stand behind our Paul Mitchell product line. As a Focus salon we have the following guarantee on our product.

  • Our products are the original Paul Mitchell products and never watered down, damaged, or old.
  • Our pricing will be best in our area or we will give you the difference*
    For returns on brushes, flat irons, blow-dryers, or any appliances sale is final. Please note each tool comes with factory warranty upon purchase.
  • Unopened retail products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Open retail products may be exchanged for another item or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Electrical tools may be returned unused and in original packaging within 15 days of purchase.
Appointments and Cancellations

We value your time as much as we do ours. All cancellations should be made as early as possible to allow for another guest to fill that timeslot. We request that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel after the 24 hour limit or no show us 3 times or more, we ask that you provide us with a credit card. We will charge your card if you no show or cancel less than 24 hours before for the full appointment cost.

Group bookings and bridal parties require a credit card to make reservations. Any group booking must be canceled within 48 hours of the appointment. Cancellations less than 48 hours for group bookings will be charged 50% of appointment total.

It is recommended that you arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow for adequate time for appointment check-in and getting settled before your salon experience. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in the need to reschedule your appointment. All efforts will be made to assist with having services performed the same day. In some cases in order to accommodate same day rescheduling you may need to book with a different stylist. Whenever possible please call the salon to let us know you are running late.
